Manual Sliding Tray Pneumatic air pressure Welding Machine is also called a high-frequency blister packing machine with a shuttle tray or blister packaging machine, blister pack machines, and high-frequency blister sealing machine. The blister machine consists of two electrodes (molds) that are the upper electrode and the lower electrode, alternatively working. The shape of the upper electrode (mold) is made accordant to the desired welding shape on the plastic, and the lower electrode is a fixed metal plate or the shape of products.  Placing the thermoplastic plastic between the two electrodes, generating high-frequency energy, melting the plastic material with the air pressure to weld completely, high cycle and then stop, cooling for a period of time till the products cure, then the high-frequency welding process is complete.
